How do I protect my personal information?

No, we do not store any of your personal information. We provide a service which looks it up in realtime for you.
Why is example.com on my credit card bill?
We really don't know. We only provide information about the domain example.com, which we hope you find useful. We would recommend you to take this up directly with example.com, because we can't help in any sense.
The contact information for my domain is wrong, can you please update it?
No, we do not store any of your personal information. We are not the source of the information. When you registered the domain you agreed to some terms of agreement with your registrar, one of which was to keep your contact details up to date. This means you have to update it in their system, not ours.
